Hi, I'm Fiona Douglas,
A social entrepreneur who is interested in a million and one things. Focused on healing through nature and learning to be an expanded consciousness of love. I am a lover of wholesome connections and getting back to basics, where I strip off the layers that mask the truth of things.
Nature is my teacher. I learn about awe, and am reminded that when our roots are strong and in the right place, we are healthy, resilient and creative beings. Ready to meet what comes our way and freely in the state of Gratitude.
I love to educate and inform, so anything I find is good for me; I share with others so that others can join in the fun. I also love projects that empower and inform communities for that next level of belonging and strength.
My Story with life coaching
My first experience with life coaching began in 2003 when my friend Mary was starting on her coaching business (Mary and her husband Andy have since gone on to create the successful company Coaching Pacific). Mary offered me 10 weekly sessions. All I can say is the difference it made to me to have someone alongside me, asking questions, so I could hear my own truth, verbalizing it and bringing it into a form where I could live life consciously and with joy – to create goals that profoundly affected the quality of my journey.
It is my privilege to be able to be that open listening and directive presence for others now as well as regularly being coached myself. Coaching is a journey where obstacles are met with an open and curious approach and where accountability is the gift you give yourself to move on the waves of success. It’s a co-operative future focused process and I am forever learning from everyone I come into contact with. It is my dream that we can all become this profound listening for each other, where we stand in our place of strength through our vulnerabilities and powerfully BE for each other.
You may be unsure of your goals, that can be a great thing to get coaching on! The goal matters because it’s where we find a path. That path is where we find the gold – strengthening purpose, finding our authentic voice, communicating our needs, building resilience and strong habits.
